There are many reasons why you may want to remain in your own home yet still require a care plan that is tailored to your own specific needs. Whatever the reason, we recognise that the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe in the hands of a care provider you can really trust. At Holywell it is our overriding priority that you feel protected and that we put your needs above our own.
We understand that many people are reluctant to have strangers in their home so we do our very best to ensure that you are supported by the same team of staff every time. Your Holywell team carer is trained to assist you with daily tasks, and – with your permission – with bathing, dressing, cooking and eating, as outlined in your care plan that we would have completed with you in the beginning of our support with you. Holywell staff will give you any support you might need to manage your finances or personal shopping. In addition, you can receive support with other requirements such as finding out about college courses, attending church services, going out for leisure activities or going out in the evening. We are here to help you live a fulfilling life. Let us know what you would like to do and we’ll do our very best to support you to achieve your goals.
People’s needs for support change with time and Holywell staff will respond accordingly to make sure that you receive the right type and level of support at all times.
In providing care and support, the Holywell Homecare team ensures that you are in control of your life to make sure that you are in the driving seat making decisions that affect you on a daily basis.
